Originally just given a number -1191- as all other locomotives the Harbin
Locomotive Operations Office named this loco "Zhu De"
in April 1947.
Who was Zhu De?
Mao Zedong's commander-in-chief of the Red Army from 1928; appointed
the first CIC of the People's Liberation Army at PRC's foundation October
1, 1949.
